Bali Blue Moon, a beloved Royal staple, derives its name from the distinctive bluish hue of its beans, a result of the wet-hulling process known as Giling Basah in Indonesian. Produced primarily on small family-owned farms, Bali's coffee thrives alongside citrus trees in the volcanic soils of Mount Agung's Kintamani highlands, with each producer tending to their coffee on only a few acres of land.
